Very efficient book-in at the ports, even when arriving for the wrong ferry and with an additional passenger. Departure and arrival on time, and rapid offloading.

Had to queue to get food and drinks for over 10 minutes.
Their twitter and web pages are too far behind. They do not update travel information. Bad weather, cancelled ferries are sometimes 15 hours behind. Staff need training in customer relations the...
