very good and prompt sailing, bit busy on return journey but to be expected.
Always friendly and helpful staff in all Terminals ....though they could do with some modern faster ticket machines in the ticket offices...and why do we have to wait for an unwanted 'Steam' offer...

Sorry to hear you were disappointed with our service. I will feedback the loading of vehicle to our terminal management to see why this happened. We are currently investing £2m improving the Red Falcon which will increase the seating by extra 55% as well as improve the facilities on board our ferry.
