Called before trip to request upper deck, this was followed through on bothered journeys, as travelling with disabled parents, very helpful to minimise the steps.

Friendly and helpful staff who are very good at organising boarding. However the onboard catering is poorly organised with unnecessary slow queues that people often give up waiting for.

My friend and i have been visiting the IOW for the past 6 years...and I always drive to Southampton from Somerset...and have always used Red Funnel ferries...we've never had a problem....i am now...
