Well where do i start? Firstly i would like to say that the man that guided vehicles onto boat from car park is always cheerful the (asian guy )shame the crew on the upper deck aren't so cheerful....
Travel was delayed due to the weather, but this was only communicated via social media, and not at the terminal when checking in.
Price was reasonable - but on board food and drink is overpriced, so...

Really helpful staff, especially like the coffee on board. Always a relaxing 60 mins travelling, fourth time this year and will be back again next year.
One thing we found tricky was the very long access walk with luggage as foot passengers to board and exit the ferry. We are now oldies and found it difficult where younger folk wouldn't notice it....
Excellent customer service with all staff, from the vehicle booking-in kiosk to all staff on the ferry, being very courteous, polite and informative about a short delay caused by the inclement...
