Thank you for your feedback we have passed your comments regarding student fares to our executive team to look into.
We are currently investing in improving our passenger areas and the Red Falcon is currently in refit and will be finished by Easter 2014, this refit will see an improvement in the passenger seating and this will also be more pet friendly.
From listening to feedback regarding the pet areas the onboard team have decided to allow customers travelling with pets to travel within the accommodation however this is restricted to certain areas, these are;
-Top Deck lounge on Red Eagle
-Port side Cowes end on both Osprey & Falcon (pending refits
Customer Services
The service received , from booking on line to actually boarding the ferry, was effortless and easy. The staff and crew were polite and extremely helpful.
Travelled in pre Christmas storm, emailed prior to leaving home that would I be delayed, I could leave earlier before weather hit? Only response was if you get an earlier ferry you'll have to pay...

Sorry you have had a bad experience travelling with us, with regards to the traffic within Southampton we have forwarded these comments onto our terminal operations management to investigate further.

We crossed on a very quiet day and in poor weather. Everything went smoothly. Staff were friendly but the seating area was cold. The coffee was awful but the food hot and reasonable. No problem...

Poor facilities for people travelling with dogs. Good catering good timekeeping, friendly helpful staff.
