Always a first class friendly service, which is better than your opposition company. Well done and keep up the good work.

Outward journey was very crowded with not enough seating for all passengers.

Overall good although I feel I do not get the best deal by holding a travel card and paying £1000 in to an account. I benefitted by saving 6p YES 6p on my last trip. Hardly an incentive.
