We have travelled with Red Funnel for five years now and they’re always fabulous. We have had delays at times, but also missed ferries and been accommodated on the next. This year we had a left item...

They cancelled my ferry and refuse to give compensation that their own customer service team say they are lawfully obliged to give!

very calm crossing got there early on way out put us on earlier ferry coming back decided to have food on the ferry but wished we never the breakfast was only just warm

Very pleased with the service. Straight forward procedure to drive on the ferry, no delays. The staff were helpful and very pleasant.

Good and easy to find on the ferry. Price for car passengers on the ferry is so shocking and it is not value especially for families. No wonder why there not many crowds on the ferry.
