I understood that there would be no hot food available, on our outward crossing, but it was disappointing to also find that there was no cold food or any drinks available too.

We have a blue badge and the booking staff were very helpful. When boarding the staff were helpful and the staff in the kiosk. The toilets were very clean and the boat.
