Service is fine, but the cost is awful. I rarely travel now because of the prices. I used a voucher and travelled at off peak times and it still expensive

The office staff I spoke to were very helpful and pleasant. I arrived early and was put on an earlier boat, so no waiting which was good. Sailings were normal.
