To expencive and un reliable

As we visit family on IOW would use the ferries more often if the cost was reduced. Had no problems with the service, the ferries ran to time on both crossings, food and drinks readily available...

I think your ferry services are far and plenced to be on ,the hour journey is nice to relax with a coffee and something to eat

Great timings, friendly staff. Especially during embarkations.

Service is good, but as an islander, feel prices for getting to hospital appointments are still too high. Islanders don’t ask to have to go to a mainland hospital for treatment/appointments etc.

Excellent on time sailing. Clean ship. Annoyingly long que to just get a coffee. Would and could be better if till just for drink/ non hot food was open. Put on lower deck, no question at check in...

Would have put excellent but ram 30, minutes late
