Returning from a disastrous cruise we were exhausted. A staff member saw we had heavy cases and immediately leaped in and took them from us and carried them to the terminal for us. Brilliant service.

Very good quick and easy on and off the boat. First time using Red Funnel did find it difficult finding seating for my elderly parents once we arrived on the boat
