On time and effortless boarding and departure

Unreliable and over priced - feel sorry for the staff. What an utter **** show to work for

The service was very good. We needed lift assist and that worked well. Great to have the initial check in at the parking area booth be pre- checked with the car registration number so no fumbling...

Boat left on time which is good. On board the sitting area is still a bit old and dated. The toilets were better than last time but really need a complete overhaul and clean. Tea and coffee okay

Always happy to use Red Funnel. Especially the pets lounge with our dog.

An hour early returning from hospital appointment but managed to get us a space near the lift that hadn't been booked for this ferry.
