I'm very sorry to hear that you haven't received your order yet. This was despatched a week ago so should definitely have been with you by now - we are chasing this up with the postal service, and if the original order cannot be located we will of course send a replacement out. The negative rating you have left for us is the first we have heard of your issue - I'm not sure if you have previously tried to contact us via email? If so, my sincere apologies for not replying - I've been looking in our system but cannot find anything from you.
