Thank you for taking the time to write such a glowing detailed review of your experience and the signet ring and keeper ring you commissioned. You mentioned about the odd scratch appearing but in time these will create a beautiful patina which will give your signet a lovely buttery look. They really do improve with age.

We are extremely sorry that the shipping company we used misplaced your package and gave you misleading and conflicting information. Your frustration and anger are understandable. We were hugely relieved to confirm that the ring had been found in their warehouse and a promise of speedy delivery given. We have suspended production of a replacement ring pending successful completion of the delivery process.
