We have enjoyed many Ramblers holidays, but have occasionally found the accommodation is not up to standard. Our Adagio holiday accommodation in Cyprus two year's ago was very good.

Thanks for your review. Following a general shift in demand from simple walkers accommodation to higher standard accommodation we have steadily improved the standard of hotels used on our holidays; the majority are now good three-star or four-star.
Whatever we choose, we try to find welcoming and generally smaller hotels wherever we can, and particularly try to find a hotel which is sympathetic to its location and appropriate to the grade of the holiday. We do however still have a significant number of clients who prefer simpler (but still good) accommodation and we try to offer a programme to cater for everyone.

Our Travel Department Supervisor replied to your emailed query yesterday with a clarification as to the payments due and charged to your credit card; I suspect our email and your feedback posting have overlapped.
