The staff who were involved in making the boot were all very helpful. One person I would single out who was very good at resolving issues was Emily Osborn.

I made a provisional advance reservation, and this was promptly converted into a full booking, with documentation, as soon as it was confirmed. All seamless!
Very helpful , I am a bit deaf but I could stand what she was saying very clearly .
I mention I need a nice quite room and suffer with IBS , she said she would pass it on to the hotel wish only fair .
My husband and I experienced a medical condition that forced us to cancel snd then rebook. This was facilitated by ramble worldwide at no extra expense. I can’t thank them enough.
