Great Service
Everything is sorted out quickly and efficiently. When the tickets did not arrive, RTG reisued new ones and sent them out without hesitation

Giles was very courteous and most helpful. Held train ticket for me and arranged ticket with no hassle at all.
Even offering NCL KGX ticket which we did not take in the end.
