Très bon service, je suis très satisfaite

A j ai seulement visité le site et acheté des billets mais j ai trouvé le site très bien fait, avec photos des wagons en plus. L achat des billets était très facile et je les ai reçus rapidement

Good Experience

Site was easy to navigate. Received tickets in a timely manner. However, I didn't get to pick my seat. This was not offered as an option.

Confused about my Booking

I thought I booked Business Class but now I am not sure. How can I upgrade. Also the tickets are not in English so it is hard for me to tell.
