Please rest assured that our team is always committed to assisting our travelers, and we never intend to mislead or cause confusion. Ticket availability is determined by the rail carrier, and in this case, compartments became unavailable shortly after their system opened for sales in April. While we aim to reflect real-time availability, there can occasionally be a delay in updating the website when changes occur on the rail operator’s end. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we offered you several alternative options to ensure your journey could continue with minimal disruption. We also initiated a partial refund to reflect the difference in travel class, which you should see reflected shortly if not already. We truly regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. Should you need anything further, our team remains at your disposal.

Hi Anastasia, Thanks for your prompt response, I do understand that you're an agent for the rail lines so obviously can't control what is and isn't available at the time of the final booking being made. However, the point that you (at Rail Ninja) are all missing is that, despite being told that a compartment was no longer available, your website said it WAS (and, interestingly, STILL IS !!), albeit at a higher price - so I accepted this at face value and opted to cancel my original booking and pay the higher price, but was then told that no, it really wasn't available !! And yes, you did partially refund me the difference - but I'm still out of pocket due to your website misleading me ! Anyway, I've accepted the other seats so am only disgruntled by still being out of pocket ! Regards, Stu
