They canceled the wrong train, and booking was not obvious and clear. Promoted me to book for wrong date. Not a smooth process

Ok for purchase -so-so for service

Easy to buy the ticket but hard to get help if there is a problem with the ticket. If I considered it just. Clearing house it would have been better
