I am very sorry you were sent the incorrect valve in the first place and even more so for the delay in getting this challenge resolved. After reading the review & talking to yourself on the telephone, we have held an internal investigation to see what we could have done better relating to your comments. I am sorry you experienced this challenge with the valve. I can see you contacted us on Tuesday 17th November 2020 and we did try and do some troubleshooting with you before sending a replacement. On Wednesday 18th November 2020 we asked you to try a few things to resolve the challenge but unfortunately this did not work so a replacement was sent out on Friday 20th November 2020. I do apologise if this took longer than expected but we always try and troubleshoot with our customers and try to resolve over the phone, before replacements are sent. This saves time for our customers and can avoid any additional plumbers costs.
