It needs too much Maintenace. The seal keeps breaking down every year causing leak and loss of water.

The service personnel was really knowledgeable about the unit. The cost of the service was too expensive. He also installed a seal unit that took 5 minutes and was charged way too much for the unit.

The system went bad in ~20 months. Even under warranty, I had to pay $188 for technician visit. This system cost ($4000+) is much more than other water softeners available in the market so we expect...

I have had a Puronics system since the 1980’s. Great, reliable product, service is professional and easy to get an appointment.

So far I have that system last five years and water is still very hard every glass got white spots all faucets and shower heads needs to be replaced, the technician did some adjustment and we’ll see...

Scott did a great job installing and answering my questions but the product itself did not really soften my water. I got the clarius CP non salt based. I did not feel any changes at all.
