Great Customer service. The installation was done very professionally and efficiently. Even the sales department was very helpful in giving all the details about the installation and the system.

They were able to service system before original appointment date. Also technician was excellent. Fast and friendly.

Very prompt service to retest our water after San Jose switched to ground water. No question that this system delivers great quality softened water.

On time and courteous.. did not receive recap of service or recommendations though
