We’re very sorry for the frustration caused during your delivery. From the start, we worked closely with the courier, monitored the shipment, and communicated every update to ensure your order reached the correct address. The process was complicated by tracking limitations, a mislabelled package, and an incorrect postcode, which caused multiple delays.
We waived any additional fees and coordinated redelivery at every step to resolve the issues as quickly as possible. We truly appreciate your patience throughout this process and are very glad to hear you are happy with the product itself.
