A very good shopping experience.
Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. It was the first time I had been in to one of their stores and I must say the buying experience was a really good one. I will definitely be going back...

The ladies there were very nice and very helpful with helping me choose items to use with the Mrs at home and they have been fantastic. Would definitely purchase from there again.

Staff are incredible and a huge range of things to choose from!
The staff was professional and incredibly helpful and really helped us to find toys that were suitable for us and what we were after. It was very helpful that many of the toys were out of their boxes...

We're really sorry to see you've had issues with a Pulse and Cocktails product. We really value your feedback and want to make sure this situation is put right. I've spoken to our customer services team, and apparently, they haven't heard from you or received the returned parcel yet. Please, can you confirm which product(s) you're sending back, and when you posted so we know when to expect the item back?

We will then fully refund you for the faulty items, your original postage cost and your postage cost to send the items back to us.

We hope you're happy with the above and will re-consider the feedback of 2 stars provided. We're always striving to deliver great customer service, so thanks again for your feedback.
