Yes I would use them again, very efficient people to deal with.

the charging the buyer and the seller auction fees is wrong. it should just be the seller. Also trying to force low guide prices to be sure of a sale.

I thought the people on the day were very friendly and efficient and prior to the day - quite helpful. But this idea of having to place the entire deposit with Pugh when telephone bidding I think...

The service received was absolutely fine under what were quite emotional circumstances
