The netting was fine, but the insecticide is not intended for domestic use and was therefore expensive and will need massive dilution in order to use it.

Hi there, Im confused by your statement, the insecticide (pyrethrum) you purchased is widely available for domestic use from garden centers and online. We're really sorry its so concentrated and will last you a long time. lastly the price is there clearly stated before you choose to buy.

Yes it is widely available, My oh had not realised it was not the usual retail product. Yes the price was clearly stated. Just was not what she expected to receive. We have had the retail product previously, I have worked out that it need 1.76 ml per litre for spray. I may well create a stock solution that will be easier to dilute as needed.

I'm sorry you've had a disappointing service. Yes the square saucers you ordered were differently sized to that stated on our website, simply sometimes these things get missed. We have in goodwill refunded you completely and let you keep the saucers. I'm not sure how this could make us a 'scam company' but to assure you we are a limited company trading for over 23 years.
