Hi Ricky, thank you for your feedback but I'm sorry to hear you weren't happy with the premium this years. We don't have direct control of the premium, this sits with the policy insurer. I can see that we reviewed the market and contacted your insurer and this was the best available quote we had for you this year. I am pleased to hear you found a cheaper alternative and I hope you'll try us again in future.

Hi Gail, thank you for your valuable feedback. I am really sorry to hear, that following a discussion regarding your renewal premium, you didn't receive an expected call back. Our broker had checked the market and referred this to your insurer, but sadly we were unable to get a reduction and we failed to call you back. Thank you for your time on the phone today so we could explain this and apologise for the mistake. We'd be more than happy to reassess your insurance needs prior to your renewal next year.
