Thank you for your feedback. I've had a look over this and I can see there were a few delays as your insurer had decided not to offer terms this year, but we were able to gain an extension to the renewal on your behalf. We were only able to get 1 quote this year due to the risk features, but I can reassure you that we had approached all available markets to us.
