I renewed the policy by phone with card payment prior to the renewal date and it is now 5 days after the renewal and I have not received the renewed documents or confirmation of payment.

By 7/11/13 I still had not received my confirmation paid for on the 7/10/13. I rang again and was told a duplicate would be sent. It had not arrived by 20/11 so I rang again and was told it was posted on 18/11 so would arrive this week. It is now 22/11 and it has not arrived. They assure me I am insured, but that is not good enough without at least a receipt for payment.
