I would firstly like to confirm that the Love2Shop vouchers we offer are sent within 28 days of the renewal of the policy, and not with the initial renewal documentation. In regards to your renewal quotation, we do try to offer competitive quotations to all of our customers whenever possible. Unfortunately as we are not a broker, we are not always able to see where we stand in terms of being competitive.
