After I submitted my feedback,I got a telephone call early the next morning! The gentleman assured me that someone would contact me the same day.After giving him some information of what time I work and the best number to contact me I still haven't had a call back! Although I did have a miss call after leaving work ,no number or message left! Very disappointed.

In general I think the company are pretty good, but when a problem came up it was not dealt with in a very logical way, all was sorted in the end but it could have been dealt with so much easier.
