I have just had a letter this morning from you stating that I need to send in my proof of no claims discount. When discussing this with the agent that sold me the insurance I told him that my last insurance that ended in July 2015 was also with yourselves and he said he would find out the policy for the no claims discount. My old policy number was 23308746. I have still not yet received my policy details and sent you feed back telling you this, and someone did call me this morning about that. So overall not very satisfied with your service this time. Please confirm to me that you have found my no claims discount. If only big companies like yourselves could get your act together I'm sure you would save money and in turn be able to lower the premiums.
