several phone calls and letters after a glitch their end even after confirming details direct debit wasn't taken, resulting in possible business not being insured

i have not had my insurance papers or policy number or how to claim premier credit is so slow to anser phone calls and take a long time to send out paper work to sing but take money out on time

Phone is quicker than net

I did try 3 times on my iPad . But site kept on crashing , phoned up answered straight away, done and dusted in no time. Won't use internet in future
