Loyalty mean nothing

I got the same insurance with the same under righter. For nearly half the price. With absolute no movement. Didn’t seem to be listening to what the customer wanted. Informed them of this no feed back...

Good communication

Haven't had to use this insurance yet, so only time will tell wether it's worth the paper it's printed on. Good sales staff easy to contact. Prefer to speak to someone over an automated system.
