We take all reviews seriosuly and endeavour to learn in particular from the customer experiences that don't meet the high standards we set ourselves. I can see we sent the renewal email and uploaded the documents to your portal on 16th November but can't see the emails sent to you with last year's information on our recoords. I can see you've spoken to my colleagues and have renewed your policy which all looks to be in line but we would like to look further to see what caused the issues in the run up to your renewal to ensure this does not happen again.
