Good firm: shame about the deliveries.

Whilst their service is OK, they use FEDEX for delivering. I paid extra to have it delivered quicker: Wednesday turned into Thursday into Friday into Monday: and another consignment due today after...

Hello, We're sorry FedEx had some issues with your delivery. Unfortunately all couriers struggle slightly during December due to the sheer volume of orders moving through their network. We've used FedEx for several years now and we actually find them to be one of the better couriers. We've worked with many different couriers throughout the years and they all have their pros and cons. I can see we did refund you the extra you paid for the next day service.
