Protect from high wind

Excellent service. I live 900 feet up a mountain, I have used this clematis mesh to totally cover a new poly tunnel I have put up, it will stop the wind buffeting the poly tunnel covering.

Hello Alireza, Sorry your order took longer than expected to arrive. It looks like you did not provide the full shipping address when you ordered through our website. We had the road name, but no house number. The FedEx tracking shows your order as delivered on the 15/4, 13 days after your order was placed. I suspect after multiple failed delivery attempts, FedEx contacted you for the house number. We're disappointed to receive a review stating our customer service is poor. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and do all we can to resolve any issues our customers face. Had we have known about the missing house number issue, we could have contacted FedEx straight away and updated the address for you. Kind regards, Tom
