Hello Graham, Thank you for your order. I can see you selected Royal Mail 48 hour shipping service. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 working days on this service. As your order was placed at 7pm on Friday 1st May, we were unable to ship the order until our warehouse re-opened on Tuesday 5th May. We're closed on weekends and bank holidays. We do state on our website anything ordered after 1pm on Fridays will be shipped the following working day. Your order was shipped on Tuesday 5th May and I can see it was delivered on Saturday 9th May, one day later than Royal Mails estimated time frame. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
