I booked our holiday via phone. The representative that help me was very polite and helpful, i received regular updates by email from the company.

Friendly and efficient service
Very efficient and friendly service. Made great efforts to accommodate our late booking. The accommodation at the Botanic gardens was as described and a lovely place to stay.

A real 5* break away.
Easy to book, to get information and this made the whole break delightful. The staff I talked to were friendly and very professional and made it very easy to book.
