Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent holiday to Jersey. We are sorry for the issues you encountered with the accommodation, flight changes, and the service at the hotel.
Regarding the flight cancellation, we understand how disruptive this can be, especially with little notice. Unfortunately we have no control over flight schedules as these remain the responsibility of the airlines but we acknowledge any changes to our clients holiday plans is disappointing.
We were disappointed to hear about the service you faced at the hotel bar and your feedback has been passed to the hotel. We hope despite the issues raised you enjoyed your time in Jersey and thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention.
