Great service.
It was so simple. I wanted to change hotels after thinking one was better suited and it was no problem. Very simple. The hotel was very good value and the service was excellent.

Holiday as described in the brochure. Contact details left at the hotel should they be needed. All went according to plan.

I found the website hard to use to book as not enough info re baggage for instance and it was working very slowly. But I phoned and got help to book what I wanted directly.
