Service was first class and subsequent questions raised regarding transfers were responded to quickly by staff. The 4 night package represents excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend.

OGH superb location and wonderful staff and facilities
The booking was tricky as a new system was being used and I had to chase the confirmation as it was sent to an incorrect email address.

Bargain Package Holiday
Brilliant holiday. So easy to book. Excellent price for the whole package. Paperwork timely & easy to use. Great hotel & also the Heritage passes were a bonus.

Review of four nights in the Old Government House
It was fine but nothing exceptional. That said our holiday was just the flights and four nights in the hotel so did not need much additional support from Channel Islands Direct

Outstanding hotel, staff and service
A great service all round. Excellent communication. Easy to reach by telephone too, to answer any queries.
