The service was excellent, fully informative all requests for both assistance for my wife to the upgrade in the hotel and taxi service to and from hotel and airport prompt and efficient.

We understand the frustration this may have caused, and we would like to assure you that this isn’t our usual standard of service but due to an increase in the volume of calls to our office we have been experiencing some wait times which have been longer than usual.

A memorable holiday, booked with Channel Islands Direct. Highly recommended
Very helpful and understanding when I telephoned for confirmation of flight details. Everything went smoothly and the hotel (Chateau la Chaire) was superb.
