We are sorry that your outbound sailing departed later than scheduled and you were not advised. You raised this with us whilst you were in resort and we responded back to you, however you feel we were not taking responsibility for the lack of information provided. As we explained we passed your contact details onto the service provider so if any such changes occur they should advise you.
