Yes I'd use Channel Island Direct again - they were very helpful and the holiday was perfect.

We are previous clients and booked a xmas break departing 24/12/22 and was taken ill and we could not travel and i emailed channel islands direct and nobody bothered to comeback to me

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that due to illness you were unable to go to Jersey. Unfortunately, we have been unable to locate the email you mentioned and this will be why you did not receive a reply. We apologise that the lack of response from us has given you cause for concern.
If you emailed us on the day of your departure, our office was closed until the 28th December. However, your holiday itinerary did have our out of hours number on, which we advise clients to call for emergencies relating to their immediate travel arrangements. It is regrettable that you were unable to have your holiday and regarding the losses, you mention if you have not already done so it is advisable that you contact your travel insurers to discuss this with them.

Excellent value short break
Booked by phone. Good customer service as always somebody to ask who were polite and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
