Hotel arrival
Had to phone about an email I was supposed to get when paying for holiday. We didn't receive the welcome letter from reception until late Monday afternoon when Linden was there on Monday and Tuesday...

Attention to detail

Good service. Amiable staff easy to talk to.
Everything was great except being told that the 23kg suitcase was within the advertised cost but then to find it wasn’t.
Airline booking plus taxi to and from all sorted.
The hotel was expecting us...
