Efficient, everything in booking went smoothly. The trip to Guernsey was memorable in that the flight was delayed ++ but hardly the fault of the travel agency

Perfect in every way.
Everything worked like clockwork. There was a taxi waiting for us at the airport to take us to our wonderful hotel. They couldn't do enough for us and a taxi waiting to take us back to the airport....
