Lovely trip to Guernsey
A very well organised trip. Everything was good, flight transfer and the Richmond hotel was excellent. The hotel was spotless and we were up graded to a superior room.

Very helpful when phoned with a couple of queries. Everything went smoothly both before and during the break. Good value for money and would recommend/use them again if the need arises.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused with regards to your transfers and assure you that we have addressed this low level of service with the relevant people and the appropriate action has been implemented to ensure a similar situation does not arise again in the future.
We understand it is never pleasant when flights do not operate as scheduled and on this occasion due to the weather conditions the airline took the decision to cancel the flight. Regarding the hotel and the unused nights we discussed this with you over the phone and explained what you would need to do about this.
