Friendly service

Customer communication was not the best
We were not informed that our Sunday flight from EXETER airport had been cancelled before we arrived at the airport. We were then bused to Bristol for an alternative flight.

Regrettably the airline had not let us know about this or that they had arranged an alternative flight from Bristol. Please be assured if we had been made aware we would have advised you of this change.
